1 General Terms & Conditions of Use

These Terms and Conditions govern the 299pet platform (299pet.app) and constitutes a legally binding agreement with all its users. By accessing the 299pet website or mobile app, registering an account, or using any of our services, you are deemed to have automatically accepted all of these terms.

299pet operates as an entertainment platform for the gaming community in Bangladesh. We adhere to international gaming regulatory guidelines and are committed to providing a transparent and fair environment.

This platform is for entertainment purposes only. 299pet does not provide professional or financial advisory services. Winnings from gaming are not guaranteed and are entirely at the user's own risk.

• These terms are published in both English and Bengali; in the event of any discrepancy, the English version shall prevail.
• An internet connection is required to use any 299pet service. 299pet will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from a loss of connectivity.
• Service may be temporarily unavailable due to technical issues or maintenance. For any bets in progress during such periods, 299pet's decision is final.

2 Registration, Account & Identity Verification

To register on 299pet, you must be at least 18 years years of age. All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful. Accounts created with false information will be terminated and deposited funds may not be refunded.

Each user may only One Account create. Operating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited. If suspicious activity is detected, all associated accounts will be suspended pending investigation.

• It is entirely the user's responsibility to keep their account password secure and confidential.
• Accounts may not be transferred to or rented by another person.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately.
• Changing your registered mobile number requires identity verification.

3 Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

All deposits and withdrawals on 299pet must be made through approved payment methods. Currently available: Mobile Banking, Nagad and Rocket supported. Funds sent through any other channel will not be accepted and cannot be guaranteed a refund.

• Withdrawal processing typically takes 1–24 hours; delays may occur depending on the banking system.
• 299pet reserves the right to suspend withdrawals in cases of suspected fraud or suspicious transactions.
• Once a deposit has been credited to your gaming balance, it cannot be directly refunded.
• If a deposit fails due to a payment gateway error, please contact the support team — funds will not be credited automatically.

4 Bonus, Promotion & Rewards Policy

299pet regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which are detailed on the respective offer page. By claiming a bonus, you are deemed to have accepted the specific terms of that offer.

Welcome Bonus Available to first-time registrants only. The same person or household cannot claim a welcome bonus more than once — if such an attempt is detected, both accounts may be terminated.

• Bonuses are generally valid for 7–30 days. Any unused bonus will expire at the end of this period.
• Some games do not count toward bonus wagering, or count at a reduced rate — please refer to the offer page for full details.
• Multiple bonuses may not be active simultaneously unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• 299pet reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5 Gaming Policy & Outcomes

The outcome of all games on 299pet RNG (Random Number Generator) determined by technology. This system is regularly audited by an independent third party, ensuring that no outcome is predetermined or manipulated by anyone.

For live games, Sports Betting, and other real-time games, if a round is cancelled due to a technical issue or network disconnection, 299pet's decision will be considered final.

• If a match is cancelled in Sports Betting, the bet will be refunded or voided.
• 299pet reserves the right to void bets placed on incorrect odds or erroneous information.
• Winnings obtained by exploiting game software bugs or glitches will be voided.
• Arbitrage betting — placing opposing bets on the same game to extract bonuses risk-free — is strictly prohibited.

6 Prohibited Activities & Code of Conduct

299pet is committed to maintaining a fair and safe gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and subject to disciplinary action:

Involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above will result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and legal action under Bangladesh law where applicable.

7 Account Suspension and Closure Policy

299pet reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason. In most cases, users will be given prior notice before their account is closed.

• Balances from accounts closed due to a breach of Terms & Conditions will not be refunded.
• Users who wish to close their account must contact the support team.
• Once self-exclusion is activated, your account cannot be reactivated before the specified period ends.
• Before an account is closed, users will be given the opportunity to withdraw any eligible balance, unless the closure is due to a breach of these terms.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

299pet takes the protection of your personal information seriously. All data provided at registration, transaction details, and gaming history are stored securely and are never shared with third parties.

• All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.
• Your payment information is not stored directly on 299pet's servers.

9 Disclaimer, Dispute Resolution & Changes to Terms

299pet provides all services on an "as is" basis. 299pet shall not be held liable for any losses resulting from technical errors, server outages, or issues with third-party game providers.

If a dispute arises, please contact our support team in the first instance. We generally aim to resolve disputes within 72 hours. If you are not satisfied with the support team's decision, you may apply for arbitration through an independent third party.

• Dispute Deadline: All complaints must be submitted within 30 days of the incident.
• If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
